Our General Manager & Founder
Originally from Canada, Craig Campbell has earned many years of rich experience working in North America, Asia, Australia and the Middle East where he has acquired deep expertise in international business, management consulting, project delivery, supply chain management, and talent development.
Before launching Impact Talent, Craig served as Executive Manager of Learning & Development at China Petroleum Engineering where he managed the operations for their talent development program. In this role, he successfully designed and delivered many strategic workshops to help employees become more effective in the international workplace, with the ultimate goals of enhancing organizational performance and increasing the company’s competitiveness in global markets. Craig also presently works part-time as a university professor where he teaches international MBA and undergraduate business degree programs.
Craig’s broad education includes an MBA with Distinction in International Business, two bachelor degrees in Business Management and Sociology, and the professional designations of Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and a Certified International Trade Professional (CITP). Craig is also a Certified Master Trainer with the Association for Talent Development (ATD). His training style is very dynamic and interactive, with a strong focus on participatory learning through practical activities, case studies, discussions, and experiential simulations.
